Shipping Policy

Coffee, tea, pods and sample packs

We currently ship within the United States only.

Coffee is roasted and shipped by our US roasting partner; merch is made and shipped by our print partner.

Every coffee order is roasted to order by our US roasting partner. Your coffee is roasted and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), then ships via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after it ships. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

US shipping rates
- Orders under $50: $6.95 standard shipping
- Orders $50 and up: FREE standard US shipping

Merchandise (apparel, hats and mugs)

Our merch is made to order by our print partner and ships separately from coffee, in its own package with its own tracking. Merch is typically produced within 2-5 business days and then delivered in about 3-4 business days within the US. US merch shipping is $4.69-$9.89 standard, with express up to $11.99 on some items. The exact rate is shown at checkout. Merch doesn't count toward free coffee shipping.

Lost, damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive, email info@hartmycoffee.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). See our Refund Policy at hartmycoffee.com/policies/refund-policy for how we make it right.
